• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, game providers, or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform function — any such bugs must be reported to customer support immediately;

oktabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless immediate implementation is required by law or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

oktabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or any applicable law;
• oktabet is required to do so by PAGCOR directive, court order, or law enforcement instruction;
• Continued operation of your account poses a financial, legal, or regulatory risk to GoTech Entertainment;
• Your account has been dormant for an extended period and repeated contact attempts have been unsuccessful.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding AML reviews.

These Terms and your use of the oktabet Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between you and GoTech Entertainment. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to PAGCOR licensing compliance or regulated gaming conduct, players may also raise concerns directly with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, which retains regulatory oversight of the oktabet Platform under its licensing authority.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
